Shipping and Delivery Policy

    Since our services are delivered electronically or onsite at events, there is no physical shipping.

    Once payment is confirmed, our team will promptly proceed to deliver the agreed services.

Payments

All services are subject to a one-time payment. Available methods include Visa, MasterCard, and other online payment gateways. Transactions made using credit or debit cards are subject to validation checks by your card issuer. Delays or non-delivery of services may occur if authorization is not obtained.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Before Service Commencement
    If you wish to cancel before services commence, please email oneil@mpc.org.my within 12 hours of placing your order. Upon receiving your request, a full refund will be issued.
  2. Refund Policy
    Once services have been delivered, no refunds are available.

This Privacy Statement may be updated periodically to reflect changes in laws or our business practices. The latest version will be accessible, and we encourage you to review it regularly.
